- Upload photos for processing (temporary processing only)

2. Photo Processing
When you upload photos for processing:
- Photos are processed securely using AI algorithms
- Uploaded photos are deleted after processing is complete
- Processed photos are available for download for 30 days
- We do not use your photos for any other purposes
- We do not share your photos with third parties
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and maintain our service
- To process payments through our payment provider
- To send service-related communications
- To detect and prevent abuse of our platform
- To comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Waffo Pancake - Our payment processor and Merchant of Record (handles all card payments)
- Creem - Our subscription billing platform
- Service providers - Email delivery, hosting infrastructure
- Legal authorities - When required by law
5. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove or anonymize your personal data within 30 days. Processed photos are stored for 30 days after generation.
