By accessing or using PhotoPass AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

PhotoPass AI provides an AI-powered platform for generating passport and visa photos that comply with ICAO 9303 international standards. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with the operation of the service
  • You are responsible for ensuring your generated photos meet your specific document requirements

4. Photo Requirements and Compliance

While we strive to generate ICAO 9303 compliant photos:

  • Photo acceptance is ultimately determined by the issuing authority
  • Requirements vary by country and document type
  • Users should verify specific requirements with their intended issuing authority
  • We do not guarantee acceptance by any specific authority

5. Payment Terms

Payments for credit packs are processed through Waffo Pancake, our payment processor and Merchant of Record (MoR). All transactions are final — credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal or recurring charges. You will not be charged again after your initial purchase unless you主动购买 another pack.

  • All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated
  • Credits expire 30 days after purchase
  • Refunds available within 14 days of purchase (see Section 6)

6. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all credit pack purchases. To request a refund, contact us at support@photopass.ai within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. No refunds are provided after 14 days or for used credits.

7. Limitation of Liability

PhotoPass AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to rejection of photos by official authorities.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
